DIY mosaic kits – creative projects for beginners and experienced makers

Each DIY kit includes the essential materials and clear instructions to help you create a beautiful handmade mosaic project. In many kits, the mosaic tiles do not need to be cut, making the project easy to start. If mosaic cutters or extra accessories are needed, this is always clearly mentioned on the product page.

DIY mosaic kits are perfect as gifts, relaxing weekend projects or fun creative moments together. Create something personal with colour, shape and mosaic – at home, in the garden or as a creative activity with family and friends.

Choose the right difficulty level

All our mosaic projects are marked with one of four difficulty levels, so you can easily choose a DIY kit that matches your experience and the time you want to spend on the project.

  • Level 1 – Easy: Great for children and beginners. A simple project that often takes a few hours or one day. No cutting is needed. Grouting, if included, should be done by an adult.
  • Level 2 – Basic: Still beginner-friendly, but often a little more detailed. The project may take more time and may include grouting.
  • Level 3 – Challenging: Requires more precision and patience. Often includes cutting mosaic tiles and grouting. Suitable as a multi-day project.
  • Level 4 – Advanced: For experienced mosaic makers. Requires planning, precision and often cutting tiles. Mosaic cutters are usually needed and are not always included in the kit, so check the product description carefully.

For some mosaic projects, you may need extra accessories such as mosaic cutters, grout, a grout sponge, protective gloves or a cleaning cloth. Always read the product description before you start, so you have everything you need for your mosaic project.
