How to Make a Mosaic Lantern – Step by Step

Apply glue directly onto the lantern, working in small sections. Press each tile into the glue and avoid getting adhesive on the tile surface or your fingers. For shaping the tiles, you can use mosaic wheeled nippers for a clean cut.

Let the glued lantern dry completely. If desired, grout the lantern for a finished look. Always use protective gloves and a dust mask. Prepare the grout mixture and spread it over the surface. Allow it to set briefly, then clean the surface with a damp sponge and polish it with a dry, soft cloth.
