Payment methods
We offer secure and smooth payments via Paytrail. At checkout, choose the payment method that suits you best and click “Place order”. You will then be redirected to Paytrail’s secure payment page to complete your payment.
On Paytrail’s payment page, you will see the payment methods available for your order. Available options may vary depending on the customer, the terms of the selected payment method, and which payment methods are currently activated in the online store.
Paytrail
The payment processing service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7), in cooperation with banks and financial institutions. Paytrail will appear as the recipient on your bank or card statement and will forward the payment to the online store. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution.

Pay now
You can pay immediately and securely using online banking, payment cards, or mobile payment methods. The payment is confirmed on Paytrail’s payment page.
Online banking
Online banking payments are available through Finnish banks via Paytrail. The payment is completed securely in your own bank’s service, and Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank statement.
Card payments
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Card payments are processed through a secure payment form, and card details are not stored in the online store’s systems.
Mobile payments
You can also pay using MobilePay and Siirto, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device, card, and which options are available in the payment service.
Pay later
Paytrail’s payment page may also offer invoice and instalment options. The available options, terms, and any credit decision are always shown during payment.
Klarna
Klarna may be available on Paytrail’s payment page. Depending on the options available for your order, you may, for example, be able to pay later or split the payment into instalments. The available options and terms are always shown during payment.

Other invoice and instalment options via Paytrail
Paytrail’s payment page may also offer other invoice and instalment solutions, such as OP Invoice, OP Credit, and Walley for consumers and businesses. Available options may vary depending on the customer, the order, and the terms of the payment service.
PayPal
With PayPal, you can pay securely using your PayPal account or a card linked to your account.

Invoice for public sector organisations and businesses
Invoice payment is intended for public sector organisations, educational institutions, municipalities, third-sector organisations, and business customers. For consumer customers, we recommend the invoice and instalment options available via Paytrail at checkout.
Invoice terms
- Minimum order value: invoice is available when the order value exceeds €60, excluding shipping costs.
- Invoice fee: an administration fee of €6.90 will be added to the invoice.
Public sector organisations and educational institutions
- We invoice without advance payment.
- The payment term is 14 days net or as separately agreed.
Businesses
- The first order requires advance payment.
- We send the invoice by email, and the products will be dispatched once the payment is visible in our account.
- The payment term for advance payment is 3 days.
- For subsequent orders, standard invoicing with a 14-day payment term applies.
For orders under €60, we recommend the invoice and instalment options available via Paytrail at checkout.
E-invoicing and references
If you use e-invoicing, you can provide your invoicing details at checkout under “Additional information” or by email to info@mosaiikkimyymala.com. If the invoice requires a reference, order number, or other specific information, please include it at the same time.
