A clear pricing error refers to a pricing error on the website where the product’s price significantly deviates from the correct price, and the customer is expected to recognize the error.

Ordering
Products are ordered from the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information provided during the order process is not used for anything other than delivering the order or resolving any issues that may arise. By placing an order in the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and commit to the current delivery terms.

Shipping costs for products purchased from the online store include packaging and postal costs. The different shipping options and prices are available at checkout once the products are added to the cart. If your order is significantly larger or requires a pallet, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees. In such cases, we will always contact the customer first and will not ship the products without their consent.
Estimated Delivery Times and Costs
Right of Withdrawal / Product Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the order.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this agreement, you must return the received goods promptly and in any case no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the costs of returning the products. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Products ordered from the online store can be returned via Finnish Post or Matkahuolto. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery. According to the Consumer Protection Act on distance sales (13.6.2014), the online store has the right to withhold a refund until the returned product(s) have been received.
Failure to Collect the Delivery
Failure to collect the delivery without notifying us does not constitute a valid return under the terms. If the package is not collected, we do not issue automatic refunds. If the customer contacts us regarding uncollected deliveries, we will process the returned delivery and deduct 15 € / shipment for handling and shipping costs from the refundable amount.
Damaged Deliveries
Deliveries Damaged During Transit
Unfortunately, despite our careful packaging, carriers may not always deliver packages intact. For this reason, it is advisable to check the condition of the package when collecting the delivery. If the delivery is damaged during transit, please file a damage report immediately at the collection point. Also, contact MosaiikkiMyymälä about the damaged delivery.
