We deliver items to EU-countries. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of being placed. This does not include weekends and holidays, when we are closed, and of course all orders are subject to stock availability. Orders are sent by Finnish Mail Priority Delivery or Finnish Posti Parcel Connect (with DHL and Bring). All shipments are registered using Posti’s item tracking system in Finland. Delivery costs are dependent upon the weight and size of your order, and the shipment method chosen. If any part of your order is out of stock, we will immediately notify you, giving you the expected delivery date. If for some unexpected reason we cannot deliver your order, we will immediately refund your payment.

We do not deliver products to Åland.
Deliveries outside the EU
We do not ship to non-EU countries.
The recipient is responsible for any customs and tax payments if your order is delivered outside the EU.
Posti Priority Delivery
Priority parcels are transported with fast connections from Finland to the destination country. Items are primarily delivered directly to you, but in some countries items are delivered to a postal outlet for you to pick up. Note that packages cannot be delivered to post office boxes or Poste Restante addresses.
Posti Parcel Connect (with DHL and Bring)
Using this service, you can pick your order from a service point in your country. An SMS is sent to you when the parcel arrives. The package can be tracked using Posti’s item tracking system in Finland www.posti.fi/itemtracking, as well as the tracking systems of your local postal service, DHL and/or Bring.
You are welcome to pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards. You can select Paytrail Oyj, Klarna or PayPal as a payment method after entering your shipping and billing information.
Card payments can be performed online safely with the SSL-secured payment form. Our company or Paytrail does not have access to cardholder data, and card information is not stored on our systems. Our online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which verify the identity of the cardholder.
After confirming your purchase, you will be taken to the Paytrail, Klarna or PayPal login page where you can enter your account and complete payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you create one quickly and safely from their login page and then add your credit card information.
We will send e-mail confirmation of order status, and may send marketing emails to let you know about new products and offers. You can choose to unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the link at the bottom of these e-mails. We will not disclose your e-mail address to any third parties.
Your credit card will be charged in euros.
You may send goods sold by mosaiikkimyymala.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, excluding return postage 9,90 €. Please complete the return form (LINK) enclosed with your order so that we can find your details as quickly as possible. We do not refund the cost of the return postage unless the items sent were faulty or incorrect.
All returned items must be in the original condition and including all packaging or a refund cannot be processed.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
Any item that has been defaced or personalised.
Items returned 14 days after delivery
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the return. We will email you as soon as your item reaches us.
To ensure that the objects are received by us, we advise the use of a secure postage method that can be tracked. But since we are not responsible for return postage or the cost, this is of course your personal choice, and you are welcome to use the cheapest method available if you prefer.
