MosaiikkiMyymälä FIN reserves the right to change these delivery terms unilaterally without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of clear pricing errors. A clear pricing error refers to a pricing error on the website where the product’s price significantly deviates from the correct price, and the customer is expected to recognize the error.

The payment intermediary service is provided by Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or card statement and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc has a payment institution license. Ordering

Products are ordered from the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information provided during the order process is not used for anything other than delivering the order or resolving any issues that may arise. By placing an order in the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and commit to the current delivery terms.

We deliver to the following countries: Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Bulgaria, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, and Romania.

  • Shipping outside the EU: We do not ship products outside the EU.
  • Shipping to Åland: We do not ship products to Åland.

Shipping Methods

We use the following shipping methods:

  • PostNord
  • Matkahuolto (only in Finland)

Shipping costs for products purchased from the online store include packaging and postal costs. The different shipping options and prices are available at checkout once the products are added to the cart. If your order is significantly larger or requires a pallet, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees. In such cases, we will always contact the customer first and will not ship the products without your consent

Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (by email or letter) within 14 days of receiving the order. The products must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

We will refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned products.

The right of return applies only to defective or incorrectly delivered products. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not offer exchanges for other products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Returns must be sent via a reliable carrier such as PostNord, Posti or Matkahuolto. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery (COD).

Note: A return must always be preceded by a withdrawal notice. A package that is left uncollected or refused without prior notice is not considered a valid return.

According to the Consumer Protection Act on distance sales (13.6.2014), we have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned product(s).

Uncollected Deliveries and Deductions

Failure to collect the delivery without notifying us does not constitute a valid return. If the package is returned to us as uncollected, we do not issue an automatic refund. If the customer contacts us, we will process the return and deduct the applicable shipping and handling costs from the refund.

For orders from Finland, Sweden and Denmark: We deduct a fixed fee of 15 € per return shipment.

For international orders (outside Finland, Sweden and Denmark): Shipping fees paid by the customer will not be refunded, as we are charged by the carrier regardless of return. We also deduct return and handling costs from the refund, typically between €20 and €30 per shipment, depending on the country and delivery method.

Damaged Deliveries

Despite our careful packaging, deliveries may sometimes be damaged in transit. Please inspect the condition of the package when you receive it. If the package is visibly damaged, file a damage report with the carrier immediately at the pickup point. Also notify us at MosaiikkiMyymälä as soon as possible about the issue so we can assist you further.
