The online store MosaiikkiMyymälä.com is operated by MosaiikkiMyymälä FIN, and all products sold in the online store are sold by MosaiikkiMyymälä FIN.

We reserve the right to update our product range, prices, delivery methods, delivery areas, and these delivery terms. The information shown in the online store at the time of ordering always applies to your order. In the case of obvious errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Payment

Payments in our online store are processed securely via Paytrail. Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) provides the payment processing service in cooperation with banks and financial institutions. Paytrail will appear as the recipient on your bank or card statement and will forward the payment to the online store.

Available payment methods may include online banking, card payments, mobile payments, invoice and instalment options, and certain other payment methods. The options shown at checkout may vary depending on the customer, the terms of the selected payment method, and which payment methods are currently activated in the online store.

Ordering

You can place an order by adding products to your cart and completing your purchase at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date contact and delivery details. The information provided in connection with the order is used to process, deliver, and, when necessary, clarify the order.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these delivery terms.

Shipping countries

We deliver to the following EU countries: Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Bulgaria, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, and Romania.

We do not deliver to Åland, outside the EU, or to areas where our standard delivery methods are not available, such as Gotland, the Balearic Islands, or the Canary Islands.

Shipping methods

In Finland, we use the following shipping methods:

  • PostNord – pickup points, parcel lockers, and home delivery
  • Posti – home delivery and pickup from Posti service points
  • Matkahuolto – Lähellä parcels and pickup from Matkahuolto service points

Shipping costs are based on the weight, size, delivery method, and delivery address of the order. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs cover standard packaging and delivery costs for normal-sized shipments. If an order is unusually large, heavy, or requires pallet delivery, we will always contact the customer before dispatch. Any additional costs or special delivery arrangements will always be agreed separately before the order is shipped.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumer customers generally have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Notice of withdrawal must be given to us clearly in advance, and the return must be shipped within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.

We will refund the price of the returned products to the original payment method no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been sent back.

If the entire order is cancelled, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. If the customer has chosen a delivery option that is more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery method, the additional cost will not be refunded.

In the case of a standard return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Returns must be packed with care. We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery (COD).

The product may be examined at home in the same way as in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value from the refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges for another product. Any exchange is handled as a return and a new order.

Uncollected shipments

Failing to collect a shipment or refusing delivery without first submitting a withdrawal notice is not the same as a return or cancellation.

If a shipment is returned to us uncollected and the customer has not submitted a withdrawal notice, we do not issue an automatic refund. We reserve the right to deduct the actual and direct costs of delivery, return, and handling from any refund. These costs are typically €15 per shipment, provided that this corresponds to the actual costs incurred.

Damaged deliveries

Despite careful packaging, a shipment may occasionally be damaged in transit. We recommend checking the condition of the shipment when you receive it. If the shipment has been damaged during transport, please file a damage report immediately with the carrier or at the pickup point and contact MosaiikkiMyymälä customer service without delay.
