Pearlised Deep Teal Optic Drops for rich blue-green mosaic designs
Pearlised Deep Teal Optic Drops, also known as Mini Glass Gems, are round 12 mm recycled-glass pieces in deep teal and petrol-green shades. Their pearlescent surface reflects the light with blue, pale green, pink and occasional golden-yellow highlights, allowing their appearance to shift with the lighting and viewing angle. The rich blue-green colour is particularly suitable for water and sea themes, peacock feathers, butterfly and dragonfly wings, tropical plants and striking abstract patterns.
The flat bases make the Optic Drops easy to glue, and a small groove on the underside helps the adhesive grip more securely. Their round, domed tops add shine and dimension to mosaic designs. Deep Teal gems are slightly taller and more strongly domed than most of the other pearlised Mini Glass Gems in the range. They can be used on their own or combined with glass mosaic tiles, mirror mosaic and other speciality-shaped mosaic pieces.
