Mini Glass Gems 12 mm, Purple, 50 g
Purple Optic Drops for rich violet mosaic designs
Purple Optic Drops, also known as Mini Glass Gems, are round 12 mm recycled-glass pieces in a rich violet and purple shade. Their smooth, glossy surfaces reflect the light beautifully, while the domed shape adds dimension to mosaic designs. The deep violet colour, with plum-purple and subtle blue-violet undertones, is particularly suitable for flowers, berries, butterfly wings, fantasy themes, night skies and bold abstract patterns.
The flat bases make the Optic Drops easy to glue. Their straight sides create a clearly defined shape, while the round, domed tops add shine and depth. They can be used on their own or combined with matte and pearlised Mini Glass Gems, glass mosaic tiles, mirror mosaic and other speciality-shaped mosaic pieces.

What are Purple Optic Drops suitable for?
Purple is particularly suitable for violets, irises, lavender, grapes, plums, berries, butterfly and dragonfly wings, peacock feathers, unicorns, night skies and bold abstract patterns. The gems can be used to decorate plant pots, lanterns, mirrors, trays, frames, ornaments, wall decorations and garden features.
The 50 g pack is suitable for small mosaic projects, individual motifs and designs where violet is used for details, borders or deep colour accents.
Expert tip
Combine Purple Optic Drops with lavender, pale pink or white for a soft violet palette. Yellow, lime green, turquoise or gold creates a striking contrast with purple. Matte and pearlised mosaic pieces add attractive variation beside the glossy violet surface.
