Pâte de Verre Black Opal is a deep, glossy opal black. Its dark colour adds definition, depth and strong contrast to mosaic designs, while the light-reflecting surface creates a livelier appearance than a completely matt black material.

Black Opal is particularly suitable for outlines, shadows, backgrounds, borders and small details. The shade also works beautifully in animal, botanical, architectural, night-sky and geometric motifs, as well as wherever a dark colour is needed to emphasise surrounding shades. The 500 g pack is a practical choice when black is needed across a larger area.
