White Grout, Mosaikstein

White grout is ideal for mosaic work and is perfect for grouting materials such as glass, ceramic, and marble, both indoors and outdoors. It is water and dirt repellent, as well as frost-resistant, ensuring durability in various conditions. Usage is approximately 2 kg/m², depending on the width of the joint and the thickness of the mosaic pieces. The recommended joint width is 1–5 mm.

Instructions

Note: The amount of water is approximate. Add water gradually until you achieve a suitable porridge-like consistency.

• Package Size 250 g: Mix 250 g of powder with approximately 0.5 dl of water thoroughly into a porridge-like consistency.
• Package Size 500 g: Mix 500 g of powder with approximately 1 dl of water thoroughly into a porridge-like consistency.
• Package Size 1 kg: Mix 1 kg of powder with approximately 2 dl of water thoroughly into a porridge-like consistency.

Let it set and mix again after 3 minutes. Use the grout within the next 15 minutes. Before applying grout, moisten absorbent, unglazed materials with water. Apply grout to the mosaic surface with a grouting trowel and let it set for 3–5 minutes. Wipe off excess grout gently with a damp sponge in circular motions. Repeat if necessary. Finally, clean the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth and allow it to dry thoroughly.

Safety Instructions

Use a respirator and safety glasses when mixing grout powder with water. Wear protective gloves when grouting.
